My Real Estate Photography Work
Professional real estate photos drive more traffic to properties. Most of the properties I photograph only stay on the market a few days- and often have multiple offers within the first weekend of appearing on the MLS.

Declutter- but not everything. It’s hard for buyers to get a sense of space without furniture. If they are in good condition and the same style of the house- keep the rugs, furniture and even decorations.
General Tidiness- make the beds, do the dishes, mow the grass.
Don’t worry about the detailed cleaning- baseboards, and dusting behind the television- not a lot of that shows in the end photos.
A lot of the small stuff can be temporarily moved- like kids toys, a laptop, remotes- I’ll take care of all of those.
About Me
Born in Michigan then transplanted to Wisconsin when I started High School. I graduated from University of Wisconsin - Stout in 2006. After college I travelled North America for work- and then finally decided to settle close to where I started in Kenosha. My current full-time profession is in the Financial Services industry where I am the top of level of support for my area.
I do my best to get out and take photos as often as time allows me.
